Our returns policy:
Please check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
If you need to return or exchange your purchase please email us at annbennettishop@outlook.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
Any request for a return should indicate the reason for the return strictly within 7 days of receiving the delivery. A request to return goods after 7 days will not be accepted, and therefore items cannot be returned for a refund.
Returned goods are accepted within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
All Sale items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returned goods must be unworn, have all swing tags attached and be in their original condition. Shoes that are not returned in their original box will not be accepted for return. All returned items will be reviewed for quality before return is accepted and processed.
Items must be returned in person or via Australia Post, Express Post or Registered Post within Australia. Please remember to record the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us. The postage cost for returned goods is the customer’s responsibility.
